Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily cash flows and cash forecasts
• Ensuring timely processing of supplier, statutory, and bank payments
• Preparing monthly management accounts and assisting with annual financial statements
• Assisting with pricing, costing, and basic financial analysis for projects
• Supporting budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Performing bank and ledger reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and general ledger integrity
• Assisting with statutory compliance (ZIMRA, VAT, PAYE, NSSA, QPDs)
• Supporting internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation
• Assisting with audits and responding to information requests

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS
• Hands-on experience with Zoho and/or QuickBooks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions and reconciliations
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting or equivalent
