Our client is seeking a practical, hands-on Camp Manager to lead Back of House operations in a remote safari camp environment. This role focuses on logistics, maintenance, stock control, and staff coordination to ensure the camp runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Duties:

Oversee BOH operations including maintenance, logistics, stock, and administration

Manage staff allocations, rosters, performance, and daily task execution

Control ordering, stock takes, reporting, and supplier coordination

Supervise vehicles, fuel usage, equipment, and camp infrastructure
-
Perform or coordinate mechanical and maintenance work, including generators
Ideal Candidate:

Strong camp or lodge BOH management experience
-
Highly organised, reliable, and solutions-driven
-
Hands-on with maintenance and mechanical aptitude
-
Confident team leader able to work independently
