HR and Administration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR and administration Manager with a legal background to lead our HR function. You will provide strategic HR guidance ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labour laws and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies

Manage employee relations and compliance
-
Oversee recruitment and talent management
-
Provide legal guidance on HR matters
-
Develop and implement HR policies
-
Identify,monitor,asses,and control company risk issues through the assistance of company legal Advisor.
Desirable Skills:
-
Law degree (LLB) or equivalent
-
HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI)
-
Five years’ experience in HR and legal roles
-
Strong understanding of Zimbabwean labour laws
-
Leadership and management skills
