Research & Business Development Graduate Trainee
Zimbabwe Insurance Brokers (ZIB) is inviting applications from high-potential, ambitious, and analytical graduates to join our Research & Business Development Unit under a structured Graduate Trainee Programme. This role provides exposure to market research, strategy execution, business development, data analytics, and product innovation within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and industry research.

Analyse data and prepare business intelligence reports.

Support development of new products and services.
-
Prepare proposals, tenders, and business pitches.
-
Assist with strategy development, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Maintain competitor, client, and industry databases.
Qualifications
-
Recent graduate (0-2 years) with a degree in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or related field.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; analytical tools an added advantage.
