Job Title: Workshop Team Leader
Summary: A company based in Bulawayo is seeking a skilled and experienced all-rounder to lead its workshop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage and motivate workshop staff while ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise workshop staff

Perform welding, fitting, machining and turning tasks as required
-
Conduct onsite quotations and provide accurate cost estimates
-
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
-
Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively
-
Liaise with clients and management to ensure project requirements are met
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Proven experience in welding, fitting, machining, and turning
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Ability to perform onsite quotations and act as an onsite estimator
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
ADDED ADVANTAGE

A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
