About the Role
Shepco Industrial Supplies is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Harare. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with an engineering background and a strong passion for sales in the industrial and mining equipment sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

A formal qualification in Engineering is essential.

A qualification in Sales and Marketing Management will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling industrial and mining equipment.

Sound knowledge of the mining industry is a strong asset.

Must possess a clean Class 4 driver’s license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Demonstrated ability to work with general business software and willingness to adopt new technologies.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Must be a self-starter, capable of working under minimal supervision and collaborating in team environments.
