POSITION: ACCOUNTANT
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a mid-level Accountant to join our dynamic and fast-growing plastic manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a strong background in accounting, and possess excellent internal control knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with ZIMRA returns and other statutory obligations
/ Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting, costing, and financial forecasting
/ Provide strategic financial advice to management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits

Qualifications and Experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting degree or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate accounting
experience
ACCA or CTA qualification is an added advantage Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of internal controls and
financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel,
QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
