Position available: Restaurant and Bar Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our team and elevate the dining and drinking experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
Maintain inventory and control costs to achieve budget goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Degree in hospitality or Culinary certification
Proven experience in restaurant and bar management
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industrial trends and customer preferences.
Excellent problem solving and decision
making abilities.
