Floor Supervisor
The incumbent will be reporting to the Branch Manager
Minimum Qualifications
• 5 ‘0’ Levels Induing English Language and Mathematics.
• Diploma in Accounting CIS Part G Diploma in Business Studies.
• At least 2 years relevant experience
Core Competencies
• Excellent cash handling and accounting skills.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic
• High degree of honesty and sincerity.
• Accuracy at figures.
• Good communication skills.
Summary of Duties
• Merchandising stock in line with company expectation.
• Supervising stock replenishment in liaison with Merchandisers.
• Engaging in active selling of stock.
• Maintaining hygiene and good housekeeping at the shop f ccr.
• Ensuring correct pricing and barceding of stock.
• Controlling breakages.
• Supervising house brands.
• Checking on product expiry dates daily.
