The Sexual Rights Centre is a non-profit organisation that exists to advance and promote the access, voice, agency, and empowerment of marginalised, vulnerable, and key population communities in Zimbabwe to realise quality, comprehensive and affirming sexual and reproductive health and rights. We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Lead: Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning to join our dynamic team.

The candidate must have a profound understanding of M&E principles and practices and a record of successfully leading and managing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team and will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Programme Lead – DMEL, your responsibilities will extend across a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

Developing and implementing a robust M&E system.
Leading program reviews and supporting program teams with DMEL learning systems.
Conducting rigorous evaluations and research.
Staying informed of emerging trends, approaches, and tools in the M&E field.
Delivering training to programme teams.
Managing the life cycle of your direct reports.
Inspiring staff to engage in opportunities for development and training.
Cultivating a culture of high performance within the programmes team.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

A post-graduate degree in M&E, Public Health, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E, with a preference for experience within the non-profit sector and working with key populations.
In-depth understanding of M&E principles and practices.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel.
