- CLIENT SERVICES CLERK x 1
Duties And Responsibilities
- Attend to queries obtained from clients Attend to doctors requests and make follow up on all information required Attend to telephone queries/ customer complaints regarding results and conduct investigation on the complaints.
- Print out reports from the information system for patient’s results/ tests and fax them to the relevant doctors
- Attends to walk in patients/ visitors to ensure their needs are attended to and refers to relevant departments .
Qualifications And Experience
- Relevant Social Science diploma or Degree
- Ability to handle work- related pressure
- At least one year working experience
