Job Summary

We are currently looking for dynamic new talent in our business that will be able to engage customers both physically and digitally and close sales. The primary focus of this role is to sell our products in the form of educational loans and gadgets to customers within assigned regions and to ensure a smooth sales process.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Serving customers and assisting in completing loan application forms
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via digital means
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practise with colleagues
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Recording and reporting weekly sales
• Maintaining healthy client relationships
• Gathering of customer information and queries
• Engaging clients via various social media platforms
• Educating customers on Eduloan products and advertising via social media platforms
• Taking part in promotional activities

Qualifications And Experience

• Studying towards a Degree in Marketing or Sales
• Digital Marketing skills are an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication
• Great telephone and email etiquette
