Ekuphumeleni Geriatic Nursing Home, situated in Bulawayo, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position which will soon become vacant.

Minimum Qualifications

• This is a senior position which requires a mature individual, preferably a lady, with a proven record of no less than three years in a senior management position.
• The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the Home, reporting directly to the Board and learning a multi-disciplinary team of about 40 employees, the majority of whom are nursing staff

The successful candidate will be a caring and emphatic personality with a strong dedication to the welfare of elderly persons, some of whom are infirm and require total care .

An important responsibility of the administrator is liaison with all stakeholders who include government departments, religious institutions and other philanthropic organizations, some of which provide funding and other forms of assistance to the home.
