Digital Financial Solutions Manager.

Summary

• Develops Mobile Banking operational plan on customer acquisition, revenue, activity ratio and customer
  experience.
• Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases for new products and services.
• Develops algorithm policies and procedures for mobile credit processes in order to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Acquires new billers and manages existing billers in the market for mobile banking channels and
  merchants in the Ecommerce Channel.

Qualification

• First Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Banking or equivalent will be required.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
  1 to 2 years’ experience in Branch Banking
