Job Summary
To deliver in this role, the Corporate Finance Executive responsible for undertaking due diligence across all transactions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the organization advising on investment plans, monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports.
•Advising on meeting targets and creating investment capital
•Use financial modelling to predict outcomes
•Assist with Investor of Vendor Due Diligence preparation
•Structuring financial deals
Qualifications And Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CIMA, ACCA or any equivalent qualification.
-At Least 5 Years’ Experience at management level
