Debtors Clerk
Duties And Responsibilities
The Job
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
§ Processing of payments in the ERP System( Odoo)
§ Customer accounts reconciliations
§ Prepare daily sales reports
§ Receive cash and reconcile to sales
§ Follow up on debtors accounts
§ Ageing analysis and recommendations
§ Consignment stock analysis and invoicing
§ Discount price setting and analysis
Qualifications And Experience
The Person
The following qualifications and attributes are expected
§ A degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting
§ Knowledge of computers; Microsoft office and Accounting ERP System.
§ At least 1year relevant working Experience
§ Attention to detail
§ Honest and accurate
