Our client is looking for an experienced, passionate food and beverage manager to take over a local club in Harare – and breathe new life into their establishment. This person should have a thorough understanding of both food and beverages, as well as understanding what customers want. The role involves menu design, meal planning, sourcing the best produce, managing the kitchen, ensuring delicious meals are delivered to customers in a timely manner, procurement of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), managing supplier relationships and ensuring a positive experience by all in general.
