Serving existing customers and recruiting new business
Duties And Responsibilities
1) Improving customer experience and satisfaction
2) Improve customer retention levels as per set targets
3) Cross-selling products and services and meet set targets
4) Queries resolution according to laid down procedures
5) Train youths in financial literacy and business management as per set targets
6) Reconciles Cash and EcoCash GL accounts daily
7) Co-administers vault custodianship daily
8) Approves of new clients in the core-banking system daily
9) Interviews clients on account and loan applications daily
10) Plans carries out sales activities of the branch
11) Prepares weekly branch sales reports
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in Banking & Finance /Ecomonics or related
At least TWO years relevant experience in Customer service in a bank or microfinance institution
Drivers Licence is a MUST
