Ultrabank Management Services has been retained by one of its Clients, a key player in the Retail Sector, to recruit and select a suitable candidate for the above mentioned vacancy that has arisen within its operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement relevant sales and branch standard operating procedures

• Ensure appropriate structure is in place and Identify staff training needs

• Drive staff performance in line with the set performance standards.

• Ensure an audit rating and compliance of >95% is achieved at the branch

• Implement relevant sales and branch standard operating procedures

• To achieve monthly sales targets against set budget.

• To achieve the branch overall targeted Gross Profit.

• Ensure that promotion and all sales initiatives are implemented in the store.

• Deliver turnover, volume, costs and profit margin for the branch.

• Explore new customer opportunities to ensure business growth.

• Ensure that the store is well stocked at all times with the right products and in

the right quantities.

Qualifications And Experience

• A commercial degree from a recognized university

• At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG

• A clean class 4 driver’s license

• Very good interpersonal skills

• Available for work immediately

• Good analytical skills
