BOARDING MASTER AND MATRON
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidates should have an education related Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution, with 2-5 years’experience as a boarding master or matron at a private school.
The ideal candidate should have the following key skills;
- A warm and sympathetic personality.
-Tact and good listening skills.
- The ability to deal with emergencies calmly
- Excellent communication and ’people’ skills.
-The ability to work in a team.
- Patience and a sense of humour
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to monitor potential health or development problems in children
- Behavioural analysis
