A dynamic Zimbabwean Professional Accountancy Organisation (PAO) is looking to employ an energetic. innovative and results driven Business Development Officer.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POST:

The objective of this position among other things is to help the organisation bud strategic and sustainable partnership with various stakeholders. generate leads, bring new students & members, reprove partner and dent relationships. shape stakeholder perceptions and ultimately increase sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead the business development agenda of the Association.
• Crafting and executing the marketing and sales plans daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly in line with overall strategic plan.
• Design and implement student and member acquisition and retention strategies.

• Leading branches in pursuing new, and maintain current business.
• Producing value proposition for new business.
• Researching on students, members and employers needs and recommend senior management.
• Managing key marketing a key performance indication

COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication and Inter personal skills.
• Good collaboration skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Research, business intelligence
• Social media champion.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• B.COM Marketing or equivalent.
• Completed a studying towards a marketing professional qualification such a IMM, C M & LAC
•  At least 3 years relevant experience in education and professional training environment.
• Knowledge in MS Excel. Outlook PowerPoint desired.
