Delivery Driver

We’re a small but growing supplier of fresh farm produce looking for 2 young, time conscious, and organised delivery drivers to join our young team.

The ideal candidate will be required to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Assist with order preparation as according to the Dispatch officer/stock controller
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
• Unload goods as per client specifications
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements
• 5 ‘O’ levels, including Maths and English
• Valid Class 4 Driver’s licence
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Delivery Driver
• Must be aged 26 and below (inclusive)
• Clean driving record
• Must possess conversational English skills, a positive and professional attitude, and must be able to work in a team
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
• Attention to detail
