PROCUREMENT Officer- Matobo Rural District Council

Applications from suitably qualified incumbents are invited for the above vacancy which has arisen within council.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A Degree in Purchasing and Supply.
• A professional qualification in supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of experience with strong bias towards Public Sector Procurement.
• Holder of a Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
• No criminal record.
• Be at list 30 years of age.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement of goods and services for the local authority.
• Managing all procurement and contract (tenders).
• Submission of monthly and quarterly returns to PRAZ.
• Designing the contract specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Preparing evaluation reports.
