Duties

Escort un-cleared personnel in Controlled Access Areas (CAA) of the US Embassy. Directly observe work performed by un-cleared persons in CAA spaces, ensuring that sensitive materials are not removed and that nothing is maliciously introduced. Perform “random selection” purchases of materials to be used in CAA spaces. Incumbent may be required to work outside normal duty hours, including weekends.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: One year of any general work experience is required.JOB KNOWLEDGE: Ability to gain appropriate knowledge of CAA escort procedures and protocol as defined by Department of State, Diplomatic Security regulations set forth in 12 FAH.

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary (high school) is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Level 3 speaking and reading English is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be observant and have good communication skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance
