Job purpose
The Intern will be responsible for the Program Area reception and administrative services and will be reporting to the District Coordinator.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure courteous attendance to office visitors and their enquiries;
- Ensuring accurate sorting and recording of both incoming and outgoing mail;
- Minute taking during meetings;
- Filing Reports;
- Attending District stakeholder meetings when required to;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Updating member’s database in the Information Management System;
- General maintenance of the office premises;
- General office errands and payments of office bills;
- Any other duties specified
Entry qualifications and experience
- The intern should be studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Executive Secretarial studies, Human Resource, Administrative Degree or equivalent qualifications;
- 5 “O” levels including Mathematics and English Language;
- Proficient in MS Office tools & use of relevant accounting software packages;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The Student intern will be based in Buhera during the course of their attachment.
