Office Manager/Administrator

Station: Harare, Zimbabwe

We’re a small but growing supplier of fresh farm produce looking for a young, organised and sharp office manager / administrator to join our young team.

Responsibilities
The Office Manager/Administrator’s duties will be:
1. Maintaining customer, partner and supplier databases for our company and related brands
2. Systematically sourcing customer orders
3. Following up on invoices with debtors
4. Generating financial documents (system-based) including sales orders, invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
5. Front-desk office management (responding to inquiries and queries)
6. Sourcing office supplies and specifying enterprise-wide procurement requirements

Requirements
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related qualification
b) At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a Finance & Administration function
c) Applicants must be aged 25 years or below (inclusive)
d) Experience in sales an added advantage
e) Class 4 driver’s licence a must
