The Organisation Deposit Protection Corporation was established by government to protect against the loss of their insurers deposits placed with member institutions licensed to operate ban or finance business. As an integral component of an effective financial safety net, a Deposit Protection Scheme enhances consumer protection try providing explicit protection to depositors; who will know when, how much and how their deposits are protected in the event of a bank failure.

Terms of Reference

Developing high quality business strategies and plans
Overall commercial management for the organisation
Overseeing operations and business activities to produce results in line with overall mission and
strategy Communication link between the board of directors and corporate operations
Develop a high performing team by leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement • Advancing the business and increasing profits through effective investment decisions
Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
Analysing problematic situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and
Growth Maintenance, knowledge of the markets and industry

A degree in Accounting, Economics Business Administration or Masters in Business Administrators Master in Business Leadership or its equivalent.
Should have relevant working experience of at least 12 -15 years, 7 of which should be at Strategic or top Management Level
