TRAINEE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR

A leading provider of short term insurance solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to till the position below.

TRAINEE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR
The incumbent will report to the Senior Claims Administrator and mitt perform the following duties, among others; • Process claims in the allocated portfolio efficiently and ensures that they are finalised within the periods stipulated in the Company’s Service Charter or manual. • Attends to all claims queries protnptly and refers all complex issues to the Senior Claims Administrator or the Claims Manager. • Audits all claims on a monthly basis and compiles a report for the Claims Manager. • Initiates reinsurance recoveries. facultative and excess of loss cash calls.
Qualifications and Experience

•Minimum five Ordinary Level
passes including Mathematics and English Language at grade B or better.
•At least ten points at “A” level including Mathematics at grade C or better.
•Degree in Insurance and Risk Management with at least anappen second class or better is a must.
•At least one-year relevant experience as an intern.

Candidates must not be more than 23 years old.
