A Harare based consulting company is looking for an office assistant to
join its team on a 1 year contract.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

*KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:*

– Aged between 25 and 30 years;
– Relevant certificate, diploma or equivalent in accounting;
– Knowledge and understanding of basic office procedures;
– Good communication skills;
– A good command of both spoken and written English and Shona;
– Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with the utmost
professionalism;
– Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision;
– A fast learner who is able to adapt to new technology;
– Experience with word processing, spreadsheet and data entry computer
applications;

*KEY DUTIES:*

– Bookkeeping and data entry;
– Preparing and processing ZIMRA returns;
– Office correspondence;
– Customer services;
– Document preparations;
