Key Responsibilities
- Collect, enter, clean and organise quantitative and qualitative programme data using standard M&E tools and templates
- Assist in designing and administering data collection instruments (surveys, checklists, KoBo/ODK forms)
- Maintain accurate, well-organised M&E documentation, databases and project files
- Support data quality assurance checks to ensure data is accurate, complete and consistent
- Help compile and draft high-quality monthly, quarterly and donor reports within set deadlines
- Track and update programme indicators against targets in the results/logframe
- Assist with data analysis and visualisation to support evidence-based decision-making
- Support beneficiary feedback and complaints-handling processes where required
- Handle all programme data in line with data protection, confidentiality and ethical standards
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Information Systems or related field
- Knowledge of M&E concepts (indicators, logframes, data tools)
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with KoBoToolbox/ODK (added advantage)
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Willing to travel to programme sites when needed
