The African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) is inviting applications from citizens of African Union Member States for two Finance Assistant positions based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Finance Officer – Treasury and Investment, the Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable provides financial and accounting support in the disbursement of advances such as staff benefit, grantee and travel advances.
  • The role is responsible for processing the settlement of advances by ensuring the timely verification, reconciliation, posting and clearance of transactions in accordance with AU Financial Rules, staff rules and regulations, Travel Policy, donor requirements and applicable accounting standards and procedures.
