- Managing complex legal processes and requirements as primary point of contact for all commercial legal queries from the business, be it direct or through external legal service providers with a view to contributing to the minimization of risks and providing quality and business-focused legal advice to the business on all commercial matters based on extensive research and studies of case law and statutory provisions with the Group Legal team and/or external lawyers as appropriate, including but not limited to:
