- A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level (O’ Level) passes, including Mathematics.
- A Certificate in Customer Care, Retail Operations, Fuel Handling, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years’ proven experience as a Fuel Attendant or in a similar customer service or retail environment.
- Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems (petrol and diesel) on mobile or stationed service stations.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of Zimbabwean health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to fuel handling.
- No criminal record (Police Clearance may be required).
