Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of the Milling Center with clients supplying ore.
- Oversee mining activities of the Milling Center and its clients.
- Supervise ore haulage from mining sites to the Milling Center.
- Formulate budgets and manage financial planning.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
- Train artisanal miners on responsible and sustainable mining methods.
- Provide technical support to clients in all mining activities.
- Maintain stock of mining consumables.
- Ensure compliance with mining and environmental regulations.
Requirements
