Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment and selection activities, including drafting vacancy notices, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic HR databases and employee personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Supporting staff leave management, attendance tracking and personnel records administration.
  • Assisting with coordination of staff training and development activities.
