Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ICC program implementation; improve contractor safety management systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, report anomalies, and enforce safety programs like GOLDEN RULES, JST, ZERO FACILITIES.
  • Use safety tools such as IZI safety, DAISY, ERIS.
  • Participate in prevention plans and coordinate safety activities with management.
  • Develop and execute annual preventive maintenance plans for network equipment.
  • Check ongoing works to ensure quality; report progress and KPIs.
  • Attend to corrective maintenance, ensure timely closure, supervise critical work, and report weekly.
  • Contribute to OPEX and CAPEX budgets, analyze monthly utilization.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and manage equipment replacement plans.
  • Track expenses, optimize payments, and reduce queries.
  • Conduct ERIS audits and ensure compliance at service stations.
  • Monitor contractor adherence to safety and technical standards.
  • Manage DAISY tool for interventions and contractor compliance.
  • Develop and oversee maintenance contracts, review for changes.
  • Ensure timely creation of purchase orders and contractor payments.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with contractors.
