Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Institute’s strategic direction and business plan
  • Ensures the efficient and effective management of the Institutes finances, budgeting, and production of timely financial reports and audited accounts.
  • Represent the Institute in public, government, and business forums
  • Coordinate the Institute’s communications with the press and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the organization of Annual General Meetings and Council meetings
  • Manage the running of Institute examinations, student registration, and curriculum development
  • Supervise senior managers including Finance, ICT, Technical, and Student Services departments
  • Implement and monitor resolutions arising from Council and committee meetings.

Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Full Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute (CGI) Qualification (formerly CIS).
  • Fellow Membership of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute (FCGI).
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years at senior management, administrative, or executive level.
