Key Responsibilities
- Logistics and Transportation Management
- Facilitate movement of exports and imports.
- Routing and scheduling of trucks.
- Track goods in transit.
- Raise purchase requisitions manually and computing into SAP.
- Raise loading instructions in liaison with Shipping and Distributing Officer.
- Reconcile fuel stocks weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Produce daily stocks report and weekly departmental reports.
- Perform any other work related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in Transport and Logistics or Supply Chain Management or full CILT.
- Degree in Transport and Logistics or Supply Chain Management an added advantage.
- 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
- Qualification in Customs and Logistics or Freight Forward Practice is an added advantage.
- At least 1 (one) year experience in a practical Transport and Logistics or Distribution environment.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work extra hours should the need arise.
- SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
