Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and conduct telesales
- Prepare quotations, invoices and receipts
- Process cash and credit sales
- Coordinate product dispatch and customer collections
- Monitor stock levels and process re-orders
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Process back orders and update price lists
- Capture stock data and assist with stock takes
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Irrigation & Water/Agriculture Engineering
- Proven experience in sales administration or internal sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good numerical and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/sales systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
