WebDev – Technical Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
• Presents, promotes and sells products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
• Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Conducts training for new merchants and first line of support for new merchants.
• Tracks the growth of all Merchants through trend analysis.
• Contributes to the preparation of marketing events to advertise, create networking opportunities and brand awareness for Fintech.
• Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Attends to walk-in customers in line with CRM guidelines.
• Inputs data into the CRM system
Qualifications
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations or similar.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 2 years work experience in sales in a similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Appreciation of marketing within the Fintech and similar industries.
Personal Competencies
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to plan one week ahead
• Ability to understand and manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in English and one local language
