Heading the Warehouse and Logistics Department for a Liquor Retail Shop
Duties And Responsibilities
Ø Annual plans and budgets for the department
Ø Receiving, warehousing, checking and reporting on stocks
Ø Proper documentation and records of received and warehoused stocks
Ø Processing and dispatching of stocks from the warehouse
Ø Scheduling and routing of deliveries
Ø Monitoring and tracking deliveries into and out of the warehouse
Ø Liaising with Procurement and Customers
Qualifications And Experience
Ø A Degree in Logistics / Transport Management
Ø 5 years experience at managerial level in Logistics and Warehousing
Ø Knowledge of inventory management and controls
Ø Strong communication skills
Ø Prior experience in the retail industry is an added advantage
Ø Between 35 and 50 years of age
