We are looking for waitresses to join our organisation who will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. They will greet guests take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and the kitchen. The incumbent will be based in Bulawayo

Responsibilities
Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
Prepare tables by setting up linen, silverware and glassware
Inform customers about the days specials
Offer menu recommendations upon requests
Upsell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food & drink orders
Check customer ids for minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholism beverage
Check dishes and kitchen ware for cleanliness and presentation
Deliver and collect bill payment.

Skills and Competencies

A minimum of 5 O levels including Maths and English
Proven work experience as a waitress
Attentiveness and patience to customers
Excellent presentation skills
Flexibility to work in shifts, long hours, weekends, holidays
Must be mobile and should be able to relocate to other towns/cities
