The Program Intern supports the Institutional Partnership Development and the Monitoring & Evaluation team in the development of partnerships with institutions, to significantly diversify and increase the financial resources available for national programs. The incumbent will be a key contributor to the growth of the funding portfolio as well as day to day donor relationship management with donors and sponsors.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Identifying Institutional partnership opportunities at national and local level i.e. corporates, embassies and foundations
• Writing concept notes and full proposals for both grants and contracts under the strategic guidance of M&E Coordinator and IPD Officer
• Securing the organization’s participation in consortia applications and proposal development processes externally, and development of value propositions for sharing with potential partner
• Developing material to help promote SOS CV Zimbabwe amongst potential donors, partners and key Government representatives, including briefings, capacity statements and presentations
• Support in organizing all local fundraising activities
• Carry out local and international donor scoping.
