TRAVEL CONSULTANT ” A Travel and Tourism Agency is looking for an experienced and mature person who is 25 years and above to work as a Travel Consultant.
The incumbent must have the following;
- 2+ years’ experience in a corporate or leisure travel agency.
- A Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- IATA certificate
- Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations
- Working knowledge of HR functions and planning management
- Must have knowledge on ticketing and Visa applications.
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and cope with pressure.
