Devine Assignments , which is into arts and entertainment is looking for attachees to work within their organisation. The position will be based in Harare.

Duties and responsibilities

• managing all day to day business within the branch he or she will be allocated to.
• attending staff meetings.
• overseeing all day to day tasks and activities.
• ensuring stock movement.
• promoting bar and restaurant events.
• determine staff needs and issue staff requests to Hr department.
• take scheduled inventory and place orders with warehouse.
• maintain stock and assets inventories and keep inventory records.
• control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation.
• ensure that all guests fee welcome and given responsive,friendly and courteous service all times.
• ensure that beverages and food are served according to the restaurant service and portioning and serving standards.

skills and qualifications.

• studying towards a degree in Tourism and Hospitality management, Business management or equivalent.
• good communication skills.
• Flexible to work during peak hours, nights, holidays and weekends.
• excellent computer problem solving and customer service skills.
• Comfortable to work in a nightclub.
