Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tipper Driver to join our Bindura Site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tipper trucks to transport, load, and offload materials such as soil, gravel, sand, stone, and mining debris safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate tipper trucks safely to transport materials such as sand, gravel, soil, stones, and construction waste.
- Load, secure, and offload materials at designated sites in accordance with safety procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of materials as per work schedules.
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tyres, lights, grease and fuel) before and after trips.
- Report mechanical faults, damages, or accidents promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to road traffic laws, site rules, and company safety policies.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and coordinate with loaders, spotters and flagmen.
- Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- A clean class 2 driver’s licence
- Valid defensive driving certificate
- Valid retest and medicals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- At least 2 years proven experience, driving SINO, HOWO or equivalent, within a mining environment.
