Technical Support Engineer
At least 3 years’ experience in web applications deployment, Maintenance and Training. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. To provide enterprise level technical support to customers. Technical Skill Set Required: Microsoft NET technologies, SQL Server, Java Script, IIS 7.0 and Networking Basics. Practical experience in Windows Server, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, IIS and networking. Experience in providing enterprise application technical support.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Must be available to start immediately.
