TECHNICAL OFFICER:
Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out calibrations, tests or inspections on samples received in house or on site.
- Calibration / testing / inspection methods evaluations, appraisal
- Compiling laboratory test or inspection reports accordingly
- General maintenance, and upkeep of equipment
- Assisting in the training of junior staff
- Participate in standards development as a technical expert
Qualifications
- Diploma in Instrumentation and Control
- Higher National Diploma will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of ZWS ISO 9001 or 17025 management system is an added advantage
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in industry
