TEAM LEADER – Bulawayo Branch
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Banking Finance, Investments or Business Studies. A relevant Master’s Degree will be an added advantage. Candidate must also have 5 years’ banking experience In-depth understanding of Credit, experience workinc with value chains especially cattle and Digital ban kinc (cards, internet, mobile banking) are essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
• Accountable for day-to-day operations of the Branch. .
• Cultivate, grow and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region Growing the loans and deposits portfolio .
• Ensure that high quality staff are selected, trained and motivated to ensure staff retention
• Ability to effectively implement the retail and digital banking strategy.
