Teaching Assistants – HR x2

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least a 2.1 in Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Human Capital Management or Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Human Resources Management Of equivalent. Applicants will be expected to register for a Masters Degree in the relevant disciplines

Duties and Responsibilities

The eligible candidate should be able to mark and conduct tutorials in any four of the following courses-Introduction to Sociology; Industrial Labour Relations: Human Resources Management; Change Management; Training and Development; Organisational Behaviour; Introduction to Psychology, Quantitative Analysis for Business 1 and 2; Management; Health. Safety and Wellness; Compensation; Human Resources Planning, Recruitment and Selection.
